Word Arena'yı ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama Digiboss tarafından sunulur.
Hizmet
Word Arena, internet bağlantısıyla bilgisayar rakibe (bot) karşı oynanan ücretsiz bir kelime oyunudur (Türkçe, İngilizce, Almanca, İspanyolca, Fransızca, İtalyanca, Portekizce ve Arapça). Hizmeti önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın değiştirebilir, geçici olarak durdurabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Hesap
Misafir olarak oynayabilirsiniz. Cihazınızın ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Misafir hesabı cihaza bağlıdır; uygulamayı silerseniz misafir hesabınıza yeniden erişemeyebilirsiniz.
Davranış kuralları
- Hakaret içeren, nefret söylemi barındıran, müstehcen veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden takma ad kullanmayın.
- Hile, otomasyon (bot), hata istismarı veya hizmeti aksatmaya yönelik girişimde bulunmayın.
Kuralları ihlal eden hesapları uyarabilir, takma adını değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı ve markası Digiboss'a aittir. Kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Fesih
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal eden hesaplara erişimi sonlandırabiliriz.
Gizlilik
Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
Kelime listeleri
Türkçe kelime listesi Zemberek NLP sözlüğü ve biçimbilim motoru kullanılarak üretilmiştir (Apache License 2.0, © Ahmet A. Akın ve katkıda bulunanlar). İngilizce kelime listesi ENABLE listesine (kamu malı) dayanır. Diğer dillerin kelime listeleri Hunspell yazım denetimi sözlüklerinden türetilmiştir: Almanca igerman98 (© Björn Jacke, GPL-2.0+), İspanyolca RLA-ES (GPL-3.0+/LGPL-3.0+/MPL-1.1), Fransızca Dicollecte/Grammalecte (© Olivier R. ve katkıda bulunanlar, MPL-2.0), İtalyanca LibreItalia (GPL-3.0), Portekizce Natura/Minho Üniversitesi (GPL-2.0/LGPL-2.1/MPL-1.1) ve Arapça Ayaspell (© Mohamed Kebdani ve katkıda bulunanlar, GPL-2.0+/LGPL-2.1+/MPL-1.1). By downloading or using Word Arena ("App") you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Digiboss.
The service
Word Arena is a free word game (Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic) played online against a computer opponent (bot). We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, with or without notice.
Your account
You can play as a guest. You are responsible for the security of your device and account. A guest account is tied to the device; if you delete the App you may not be able to recover it.
Rules of conduct
- Do not use nicknames that are abusive, hateful, obscene or infringe others' rights.
- Do not cheat, use automation (bots), exploit bugs or try to disrupt the service.
We may warn, rename, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The App's design, software and brand belong to Digiboss. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may end access for accounts that violate these terms.
Privacy
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Word lists
The Turkish word list is generated with the Zemberek NLP lexicon and morphology engine (Apache License 2.0, © Ahmet A. Akın and contributors). The English word list is based on ENABLE (public domain). The word lists for the other languages are derived from Hunspell spell-checking dictionaries: German igerman98 (© Björn Jacke, GPL-2.0+), Spanish RLA-ES (GPL-3.0+/LGPL-3.0+/MPL-1.1), French Dicollecte/Grammalecte (© Olivier R. and contributors, MPL-2.0), Italian LibreItalia (GPL-3.0), Portuguese Natura/University of Minho (GPL-2.0/LGPL-2.1/MPL-1.1) and Arabic Ayaspell (© Mohamed Kebdani and contributors, GPL-2.0+/LGPL-2.1+/MPL-1.1). Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
