Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Word Arena mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar. Veri sorumlusu: Digiboss (iletişim: app@digiboss.net). Kişisel veriler 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında işlenir.

Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri: rastgele oluşturulan kullanıcı kimliği (UUID), seçtiğiniz veya otomatik verilen takma ad, hesap türü. Uygulama şu anda yalnızca misafir girişi sunar; e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya şifre istemeyiz. İleride Apple/Google ile giriş eklenirse yalnızca sağlayıcının verdiği hesap tanımlayıcısı saklanır.
Oyun içeriği: maçlar, hamleler, oynanan kelimeler, puanlar ve maç geçmişi.
Destek yazışmaları: bize e-posta gönderirseniz, e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız.
Teknik kayıtlar: güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amacıyla sunucu kayıtlarında IP adresi, istek yolu, zaman ve durum kodu. Oturum anahtarları kayıtlara yazılmaz.
Cihazdaki ayarlar: dil, tema ve titreşim tercihleri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

Kullanım amaçları ve hukuki sebep

Veriler yalnızca oyunu sunmak (hesap, maçların yürütülmesi, skorlar), hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için işlenir (KVKK m.5/2-c sözleşmenin ifası ve m.5/2-f meşru menfaat). Reklam, profil çıkarma veya satış amacıyla kullanılmaz.

İzleme yok

Uygulama sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama veya web sitelerinde izlemez, reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA) kullanmaz ve üçüncü taraf analiz ya da reklam SDK'sı içermez.

Paylaşım

Verileriniz satılmaz. Veriler, hizmeti barındırdığımız sunucu sağlayıcısı dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz; yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili mercilere aktarılabilir.

Saklama süresi

Hesap verileri hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Teknik kayıtlar güvenlik amacıyla sınırlı bir süre tutulur ve ardından silinir.

Hesabın silinmesi

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı sil adımlarıyla hesabınızı istediğiniz an kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme işleminde tüm oturumlarınız kapatılır, takma adınız ve varsa sağlayıcı hesap tanımlayıcınız kaldırılır. Maç kayıtlarının tutarlı kalması için geçmiş maçlar, sizinle ilişkilendirilemeyen anonim bir kayıtla saklanır. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız app@digiboss.net adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi app@digiboss.net adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Word Arena mobile app ("App") processes and why. Data controller: Digiboss (contact: app@digiboss.net). Personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Data we collect

Account data: a randomly generated user ID (UUID), the nickname you choose or are assigned, and the account type. The App currently offers guest sign-in only; we do not ask for an email address, phone number or password. If Apple/Google sign-in is added later, only the account identifier that provider gives us will be stored.
Gameplay content: matches, moves, words played, scores and match history.
Support messages: if you email us, your email address and message.
Technical logs: IP address, request path, time and status code in server logs, for security and abuse prevention. Session tokens are never logged.
On-device settings: language, theme and haptics preferences are stored only on your device.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is used only to provide the game (account, running matches, scores), to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse (performance of a contract and legitimate interests). It is not used for advertising, profiling or sale.

No tracking

The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting provider that runs our servers, except where required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time in the App via Settings → Delete account. Deletion signs you out everywhere and removes your nickname and any sign-in provider identifier. So that match records stay consistent, past matches are kept against an anonymous record that can no longer be linked to you. If you cannot access the App, email app@digiboss.net.

Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object, and to seek compensation. Send requests to app@digiboss.net; we reply within 30 days.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
